Ingredients:
boneless cod meat
broccoli
cauliflower
spinach
mushrooms
peppers
coconut cream
salt
cheese
turmeric butter (a mix of coconut oil, turmeric and salt kept in a jar in fridge)
chili
ginger
1. Chop the broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, mushrooms, peppers and cod fish and combine them together with the cream, turmeric butter, a bit of ginger and chili and put them in an oven pot.
2. Grate some cheese on top and put the pot in the oven. Bake until golden brown.
Add just a bit of chilly, too much of it will destroy the turmeric buttery taste.
